TLT Care Groups

We provide Early Years Education for each stage of children’s development which is put in place to encourage a hands on experience for children as they are guided through each day by the staff at TLT. There is great flexibility, understanding and a balanced approach to learning through music, fun, games, and role-play, through structured timetables and lesson plans.

The Management and staff at TLT are committed to providing children and their parents with:

We provide care for:

Baby Buds 3 months - 16 months	Little Shoots 16 months - 24 months	Petals 24 months - 48 months

TLT follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). ‘This is the statutory framework that sets the standards that all Early Years providers must meet to ensure that children learn and develop well and are kept healthy and safe. It promotes teaching and learning to ensure children are ready for school and gives children the broad range of knowledge and skills that provide the right foundation for good future progress through school and life.' (EYFS)

The Little Tulip follows the framework set out by the EYFS. This will enable the staff to work to the high standards that you are expecting from us. Your babies and young children are starting their education with us, and we endeavour to maintain a high level of teaching and care, strict Health & Safety standards, and great fun for every child. The manager oversees every lesson plan, which is displayed in reception, to ensure that the EYFS is being adhered to. There will be a theme that will run throughout the building every month. This will be a fun way for all children to learn the same 'theme' at a level that is right for their age group. The children's works is displayed on our various display boards, and is also sent home at least once a week.

At TLT, we believe that children have a number of years ahead of them to sit in a classroom and learn. Therefore, we want to ensure that in their early years they are having fun, in a home away from home environment, whilst learning their ABC’s, numbers, colours, shapes etc.
